As a refreshing spring shower brings renewal to the earth, so too the Word of God brings refreshment and renewal to the soul. My prayerful desire is that this year’s Ladies Conference will act as a catalyst or a “spring shower” in our lives and will as the Psalmist says, “renew a right spirit within.”

We are excited and thrilled to once again have author, counslor, and women’s conference speaker, Mrs. Wendy Burks! Wendy is the wife of Benjamin Burks, the International Director of RU Recovery Ministries. It is her desire to help other women find and share the true joy of discovering a real, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Your ladies and teens will truly be blessed!   

Dr. Linda Norrell will once again be with us for our seminar. Dr. Norrell is a beloved family physician here in the Genesee County area. She will be sharing some very practical truths to this most important topic during our ladies session as well as teaching a single focus session. Let me encourage you to be inviting single ladies in your ministry to join us!

Mrs. Erica Henry is new to our Ladies Conference! Erica is the wife of Steven Henry who pastors Fostoria Baptist Church in Fostoria, Michigan. She has worked with her husband in vibrant youth ministries in Indiana and Virginia. Erica has a soft spot for teen girls and loves investing in their lives. Please rally your teen girls this year to attend. 

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will also include pre-seminar coffee,  juices and morning delights.  The book tables will also be available at this time for those desiring to purchase Christian resource materials. The seminar will begin promptly at 8:45 a.m., with a mid-morning break, and will conclude at 1:15 p.m. The cost per person is $10 for those who pre-register or $15 at the door. There will be no charge for any church staff pastors’ wives. Please pre-register by filling out the enclosed form and return it to us with a check for the total amount postmarked by Monday, February 26. Registration forms as well as brochures are also available below for individuals as well as church groups. Forms and checks need to be mailed to the church by the postmarked date in order to receive the discount.

Mark your church calendars for March 10. Remind your women and teens often and be praying for a great day, one that will renew and refresh our hearts!
